The next night I was <i>The Guy Who Almost Caught a Crab</i>, which doesn't have anywhere near as good a ring to it. I found <i>300</i> a bit boring, actually. As soon as the film had started, everyone knew where it was going to end up, and it was as though the filmmakers knew that, so didn't even try to make us guess anything... they just laid it out nice and simply for us. The animation / live action thing was vaguely cool, but really it was just like a really long music video, without a song that I was particularly interested in. I quite enjoyed <i>Shooter</i> though.
